Work Accounting System (PWA) with Admin Panel and PDF Reports

#PWA application for internal use in a Norwegian construction company.

Full development from scratch: UX/UI design, #Frontend and #Backend.

Backend:
— development of the system on Django + PostgreSQL
— designing the database structure
— processing and storing data on completed work

Frontend:
— implementation of the interface (HTML, CSS) based on custom design (Figma)
— #mobile-first approach (PWA for use without installation)

Functionality:
— accounting for completed work (time, tasks, details)
— employee work through the mobile interface
— data synchronization between users

Admin panel:
— control and verification of completed work
— management of projects and employees
— automatic generation of daily #PDF reports

Features:
— system optimized for use in field conditions by employees (minimum number of actions for filling out reports)
— #production solution used in real work
