Working on C++/WinForms. Study and Control Program

Develop a learning-control program with C++ language tools using IDE MS Visual Studio 2019 with Windows Forms. The project must consist of three main parts in which it must be implemented:
- filling and displaying educational information
Complete and preserve the test base
Testing (including the test date, the name of the person being tested, the test result, the test time)

The software developed shall ensure that:
Possibility of authorization of the user and administrator
- removing information for study from the 1st file (text file)
Formation of the test on issues stored in the 2nd file (binary file)
- the possibility of making changes to information for training and testing.
