Writing and programming of the module "Registration"

The admin part has been performed for adding / editing / deleting. Likewise, the layout of the page is shrinked and pressed to the already existing site that works on the self-writing engine. A variety of facilities are added for the simplicity of adding and editing data across all the fields that are used in the module. The algorithm of the module is developed.
