Anna Mejueva is a personal brand project. Three people worked on this channel. Two operators/montageers and I am a YouTube manager.
I performed as the leader of the sales, the design of the channel, the visual and technical part. Banner, coverings to the video, the prefix of all the tags and keywords. Scenarios, preparation for filming, post-production, installation, video layout, creation of cover and upload to the channel.
The channel was created from zero, on it was about 40 videos, but in the future the customer wanted to change the channel topic, and we hid a bigger half of the video from access. The channel has changed a little direction.
