- Conduct a conference with key company employees to clarify client and employee priorities.
- Analyze user requests and preferences.
- Develop the UI / UX design based on the conducted analytics.
- Implement the website design in accordance with the company's brand book and modern web design trends.
- Complete the necessary scope of work for front-end and back-end parts.
- Test the project, including load testing, usability, performance, and security.
