I work with technical and non-technical jobs, middle/senior/top levels. For the last 1 year, I hired 30 positions for a product company combining recruiting with managing a team of 4 recruiters. Geo of the positions is 10 different countries from India, Latam to Eastern Europe. Roles: business development managers, sales managers, account managers, marketing managers, developers, HRD, CTO, SySAdmin, Project Manager, Head of product, CMO, etc.
I use different methods and tools for sourcing included: Boolean (Linkedin, GitHub, StackOverflow), X-ray, Contact extractors, Web-scraping, automizing, e-mail senders, telegram/Linkedin/Facebook channels, etc.
