      Searching for candidates on IT and IT-related positions and negotiations with candidates. Understanding skills necessary for open job positions. • Working with freelancers from around the world – discussing working format, submitting candidates to the director’s approval, making specifications of requirements, control of how tasks are being fulfilled.
• Communication with partners, conducting negotiations on collaboration. Conduction negotiations with companies – suppliers of goods and services in the field of medical chemistry, biology, IT.
