● Development of the project from the moment of idea and seed investment round. Technical implementation and launch of the project in the shortest possible time (9 months before entering the production). Development of the project by outsource company before creating own IT department
● Cooperation with a marketing outsourcing company, launching an effective marketing company, which allowed us to occupy a niche in the market as soon as possible and reach the average turnover level of young microfinance organizations for 8 months (standard on the market - 1 year)
