I’m a talent acquisition manager with 10+ years of experience working with tech companies, mostly in fintech, crypto, SaaS, and iGaming. I’ve hired engineers, product managers, and leaders for early teams and growing orgs, and I’ve done it in all kinds of conditions steady, messy, urgent, async, international.

I like working closely with the people who are actually building, figuring out what the team needs, what “good” looks like for this stage, and how to get there without overcomplicating things. Most of what I do is about creating structure where it helps, and staying out of the way where it doesn’t.

Hiring is hard, but it doesn’t have to be chaotic. I care about keeping it honest, efficient, and connected to how the team really works.
