We are growing and looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can confidently communicate with potential clients, close deals, and act as a bridge between customers and our internal team.
Your Role
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will own the early sales conversations and outbound efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, running discovery and demo calls, closing deals, and making sure client feedback is clearly communicated to the team.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how LeadGenious is positioned, sold, and improved.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay for prospecting and outreach
Qualify leads and run discovery calls
Present LeadGenious confidently during demos and sales meetings
Close deals and guide clients through the decision-making process
Act as a mediator between clients and the internal team, collecting feedback, questions, and feature requests
Follow up with interested prospects and manage relationships until conversion
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales materials
Track outreach, conversations, and deal progress in a structured way
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in live calls and meetings with clients
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
Experience using Apollo, Clay, or similar prospecting tools
Ability to understand a SaaS product and explain its value clearly
Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS or marketing tools
Background in recruitment, lead generation, or growth marketing
Understanding of LinkedIn automation and outbound systems
Experience working with startups or early-stage products
