Senior UI/UX Designer (Conversion-Focused) – Ukraine Only – Figma Link Required First

What We Need:
We are not looking for just beautiful UI.
We are looking for someone who:
•Understands conversion psychology
•Designs with business goals in mind
•Thinks in funnels, not just screens
•Can structure landing pages that sell
•Understands hierarchy, CTA placement, and user behaviour
•Knows how to simplify complex ideas visually

Bonus:
•Experience with micro-animations or interaction design
•Experience with Rive or advanced interaction thinking
•Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or high-ticket service projects.

Responsibilities:
•Design high-converting landing pages (desktop + mobile)
•Improve UX for SaaS, service, and ecommerce projects
•Create clean, structured, developer-ready Figma files (auto-layout mandatory)
•Build scalable design systems when required
•Suggest CRO improvements proactively.
