We're looking for a versatile marketer who can own both content strategy and creator sourcing for our paid ads and social channels.
Responsibilities:
Content & Ads
- Own all content across paid ads and social accounts (feed, story, reels)
- Track competitor creatives and current trends (must know how to use Foreplay or similar ad libraries)
- Prepare video examples, scripts, and briefs for our video editor and graphic designer
- Write and optimize landing pages/funnels aligned with the creatives
Creators & Influencers
- Source and vet creators/influencers fitting our brand and campaigns
- Negotiate fees and deliverables
- Manage footage handoff and our internal content library
- Build and nurture an affiliate/creator program (JoinBrands, TikTok Affiliates, Meta Creator Marketplace, or similar)
You'll work closely with our Growth Manager, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer to execute the full strategy.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in the supplement industry — this is required
- Someone sharp who understands trends, brands, and what makes ads perform — comfortable using tools like Foreplay to study what's working
- Strong eye for video content and creative direction
- Experience with influencer/UGC sourcing and management
