Language: The website is a multi-language website. The languages are Hebrew and English. The admin needs the ability to edit the website pages and texts through the admin panel.

At the bottom of the page there is a subscription list. The admin, as a user in the admin panel, should access a program/plugin that is able to send out to all the subscribers a modified custom email from his domain email (access to the domain email will be given). The subscription list should be saved.

The website should be alternatively built according to the accessibility guidelines WCAG 2 https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/  .

Once in a day there would be a backup of the updates that were made by the admin to the BD. Once in a week there would be sent a backup of the BD to a private email/loaded to a private link that admin will be able to download from. There will be a button - “make backup”. The developer should show how he unpacks different versions on the server using the backup.

Website menu - "Статьи" is a drop-down menu. Through the admin panel should be access to modify this drop-down menu.

Main pages:

"Главная", "Статьи", "ЧаВо", "О коллекциях". You need to create a blank form for each page per your vision (preferably as modern as you can), so the admin can fill it. You don't need to fill in text and pictures. Just a general design for the page and idea of what can be there. Very simplistic design. The admin(author) will fill the rest.

The website was constructed in Russian for comfort purposes only. The text will be in English and Hebrew. Therefore any page or menu you create should be in English (The author will create translations for all the Hebrew translations by himself). Reminder: Hebrew is from right to left.

"Статьи" - the admin will be able to add new articles according to his desire. Modify text and page design. 

Catalog

The Catalog is also modifiable through the admin panel. In the Figma there is the structure of the side menu with all topics. 

Additionally, the figma design has the structure of the product and pages of the product.

You should create all the categories and subcategories that already exist in the figma.

"Настольные Медали Израиль" - it's an example of a category. "Медали Государственной компании" is a subcategory. "1958-1965" is a subcategory of the sub-category. Please construct the current catalog menu per these names, just in English translation for each category. Example: "Настольные Медали Израиль" to "Israel Table Medals". 

Therefore the admin should be able to modify and create sub-categories. Characteristics and structure of categories: 

The name of the category is done by admin input. A category has subcategories. Subcategory is also created by admin if wanted. The products are at the “end of the chain” of category and subcategories. There can not be an option that there are products under a category, whilst it's having subcategories. 

Product: each product has characteristics. The product characteristics are defined in the category/subcategory. Why? Because each product is different. Therefore for the admin's comfort, after creating one type of product, he should have it under a quick accessible key.

Each characteristic is a free text. The name of it as well as the input. Look at the example in figma for the characteristics of a product.

When creating a product, then the admin can upload pictures as well (look at Figma for reference). The process should be very comfortable, as the website owner has thousands of pictures and products to upload. When answering my inquiry, please offer a viable solution to this.

On the top right / left (depending on the language) near the FB icon should be a Whatsapp icon, for a quick message.

At the bottom you need to make a link for TOS. Also, when a new user gets into the website, he needs to accept the TOS (Popup window for TOS). It will show as a line in the middle, in which he has only one option: to click "accept" "אני מאשר". The full texts will be given verbally when we will work on the website.

Website admin should be able to implement FB pixel and google pixel to gather data on his audience.

Search 

The search will receive the text from the user and will drop down a search menu for the category. Look at the examples below:

Search has 2 steps. The first one is the type in (before clicking ”Search button”). The second one is after clicking search, which shows the products and allows the user to filter.

In our first step we will have only categories(no keywords) from the left side and amount of times the keyword was found in that category (look at examples), from top finds to least finds, and the products from the right like shown in the examples mentioned. The mobile version should be more similar to jbhifi.com. At the bottom of all categories, there should be a button “see all results".

Note: the search design should styled more like the Adidas website (look at the design of the second part of Adidas search).

The second part of the Search, will and will search all products and categories that have the text inserted. The user could refilter according to his needs. Since we don't sell any products on the website, the filter will just modify the category it is searching the "search term" in. 

User can search in “Israel Table Medals”, and then the results will be limited. Example 1: if user typed "1965", then the results of the search will be:

All the products that have "1965" in their name or in their characteristics and in their description.

All the products that are in "1958-1965" category.

If it' searched in the sub- category of "1958-1965", then it will only show the results in this category according to the scanned texts per the "search term".

You can show through a video/your own server link so I see it’s recorded by you, and I see it’s working properly.
