Nuwa Centre for Research and Innovation (https://nuwa.ie/) is seeking an experienced development team or freelancer to completely redesign and develop the restructuration of our small media business's website. The new website must embody our mission as a research and innovation infrastructure while delivering an excellent user experience aligned with WCAG 3 AA and AAA (https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/quickref/?versions=2.2) Carbon Design principles (https://v10.carbondesignsystem.com/ - https://github.com/carbon-design-system/carbon-website/tree/main/src), neurodiversity-first accessibility standards (https://www.neurodiversity.design/) compliant with WAI-ARIA 1.2 Authoring Practices Guide (https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/aria/).

The project is considered complete when:

• ✅ All design requirements met (Figma (or Pixso) approved, implemented accurately)

• ✅ Neurodiversity design principles applied and tested
• ✅ Performance targets met (Lighthouse ≥90, Core Web Vitals pass)
• ✅ SEO requirements implemented (Lighthouse SEO ≥95)
• ✅ All integrations functional (Zenodo, ORCID, UploadThing, shikwasa.js)
• ✅ Code quality standards met (TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier)
• ✅ Security requirements implemented and verified
• ✅ All documentation delivered (technical, CMS guide, runbook, component docs)
• ✅ Codebase delivered with clear commit history, no secrets
