EMagicOne Store Manager - проблема с планировщиком задач

Проблема с программой eMagicOne Store Manager, при заходе в запланированные задания программа зависает и дальше можно ее закрыть только через диспетчер задач. 

Ответ от техподдержки:

We found the following error in your logs after opening the Scheduled tasks -

15.07.2023 20:42:37:228 - [TdmBase.tmrConnectTimer]: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

Error on data writing to the connection:

Удаленный хост принудительно разорвал существующее подключение.

If you are using a direct connection, make sure to try configuring a bridge connection and try accessing the Scheduled tasks tab - https://prestashop-store-manager-doc.emagicone.com/quick-start-guide/connection-wizard#h.p_ID_424

You might also need to try disabling your firewall temporarily to see if it helps solving the issue.

1. Please specify what Store Manager version you used before updating to 3.18.

2. Also, have you tried running Store Manager as admin?

3. Do you see your scheduled tasks in the Windows Scheduler?

Sometimes, after update, when clicking on the Scheduled Tasks, you might get a pop-up asking whether you allow this app to make changes on this computer. If the pop-up occurs but is not shown, it becomes the active window and does not allow you to click anywhere around the software window. To double-check whether it happens to you, you can also click on the Task view  - http://prntscr.com/2iby052U4lDa

В планировщике задач Windows сами задачи были и успешно работали, но через программу eMagicOne их невозможно посмотреть и отредактировать. 

Фаервол отключали, но возможно где то что то упустили.
