Event & Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, industry associations, and sponsors.

- Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality events and partnership programs on time and within budget.

- Analyze the success of events and partnership activities, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance future initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is often preferred.

- Proven experience in event management and partnership development, with a minimum of [2-3 years] in a similar role.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
