Project Description
Our client provides end to end customer communications services, going to market through three key service lines:
- Customer Experience & Marketing
- Business Process & Transactional
- Digital Customer Experience
What to do:
Documenting and writing technical documentation for the current platform. The person would need to describe the current processes, by interviewing developers and business people.
- Experience working in the manufacturing/financial domain is a plus. Experience working with ERP systems such as Navision is a plus.
- Create the documentation and diagrams for the ERP solutions products, systems architecture developed solutions, and business process documents for the ERP estate
- Initial focus will be on the transition to the new Azure environment, the BC17 upgrade the solution, related ERP products, and the training guides and videos (option to use Clicklearn)
- Creating API documentation (REST, SOAP)
- Writing and updating SOPs

- Level: Middle (2+ years of experience)
- Interviewing process: Interview with team lead + final interview with the client representative
- English skills: fluent
