Staff appraisal board
There's a Mysql database.
This database needs to be converted into a time-assessment panel with a scale originally painted red.
If the manager does some action in the CRM system, this data is sent to the database and this action colors the scale green. Each conservation extends the green color on the scale for five minutes. If no action is taken, the color becomes red again.
For each manager, you can see the number of changes in the stage of the transaction (in the screen they are painted in color. They're permanent)
The scale also shows time (to understand the amount of time the manager did not have)
This panel can be placed on one of my domains. Browser version.
You can pick a day and watch the report for each manager.

Все питання в тому, що є у Вас на сервері крім MySQL.
Якщо там встановлений Веб-сервер, можливо це зробити на Yii-2.
Якщо у Вас є доступ тільки до MySQL, тоді можна розглядати розробку локального додатку, написаний, наприклад на C# або, навідь на VB
