Poszukiwanie i pozyskiwanie klientów dla kanałów Telegram
I am engaged in posts for Telegram channels, briefly, your task is to find channels, write to admins using templates, and pass me warm leads (those who responded). Payments: 400 UAH for every 100 new chats, 50% of the first payment from each new client (the one who pays for my service), plus bonuses by agreement.
1. Work Objective
Find and contact relevant Telegram channels through TGStat.
Get responses/interest and pass the dialogues to me for closing the deal.
Maintain a tracking table in the format (channel_username, contact_username, response, status, commission_due, follow-up, notes).
2. Daily KPIs
Send 20 to 40 personalized messages per day (from several accounts).
Update the table immediately after each sent message and upon any reaction from the admin.
Raise the lead status in the table as changes occur.
3. Search Sources
TGStat, Telemetr, ad exchanges, and other sources where you can find admins.
Look for channels that can be copyrighted and rewritten.
Priority: channels with an active audience and regular publication.
4. About the accounts to write from
Before starting, I will provide 5-10 prepared Telegram accounts (name, avatar, bio).
Sending limit: no more than ~3-4 messages from one account per day (watch the limits).
Store logins/passwords in a secure place (password manager) and do not share them with third parties.
Use proxy/VPN if necessary (I will provide).
5. Message Script — How to Personalize
Always start with the name/username or channel name (if visible).
Look at the last 1-2 publications and mention something specific in the personalization line (for example, "liked the review about X").
Keep the tone friendly and short — a maximum of 3-5 sentences in the first message.
Option 1:
Hi, [Name/nick]! I saw your channel — great content. I create posts for authors that maintain the channel's voice and increase engagement. Can I send you 1 test post for free — would you like to see it?
Option 2:
Hello, [Name]. I'm writing for a reason — I create ready-made posts in the style of channels. I can send you 1 test post for free for you to evaluate. Interested?
Follow-up (if no response within 48-72 hours):
Hi, [Name]! Just a reminder — I can send a test post for free for you to evaluate the style. Can I send it right now?
(These are options, do not copy-paste them and send, make messages tailored to each admin. You can use neural networks.)
6. Rules for Passing Leads to Me
Pass to me (with a note in the table) on the same day when the admin responds with something other than "not now": status → interested / trial_sent / negotiation.
Transfer format: admin's username, brief note (what the admin wrote, what questions, when to send the test).
If the admin asked for examples — send the second post from this Telegram channel that I will provide you.
7. Logic of Statuses in the Table
no_answer — sent, no response.
interested — the admin is interested, requested details/test. Pass to me.
trial_sent — you sent the test post, waiting for feedback. Pass to me upon positive response.
negotiation — terms/price/packages are being discussed. Pass to me.
closed_won — the client paid; indicate the amount of first_payment and calculate commission_due (50%).
closed_lost — refusal. Indicate the reason in notes.
8. Fill Rules (How to Fill Columns)
channel_username — channel user.
contact_username — admin user.
our_username — user of the account from which you wrote.
response — brief essence of the response or just the response itself (1-2 lines).
status — one of no_answer / interested / trial_sent / negotiation / closed_won / closed_lost.
commission_due — leave blank.
follow-up — date and brief plan (for example, "email in 3 days", "send cases").
notes — any important details (style features, conditions, requests for exclusivity, etc.).
9. Order of Actions Upon Receiving a Response
Read the response — immediately mark response in the table and change status.
If the admin writes "yes, send" → send me the admin's username and the account from which you wrote.
If the admin asks for the price — send the third post from this Telegram channel that I will provide you. Mark as negotiation and pass to me.
Any interesting/potential client — pass to me immediately.
10. Test Task Upon Hiring
Find 20 relevant channels in TGStat (on the assigned topic).
Send 50 messages within 2 working days (using templates and personalization).
Provide a filled table with notes and links to dialogues.
Evaluation criteria: accuracy of the table, degree of personalization, % of responses, literacy of correspondence.
11. Important Rules and Behavior
Do not promise what you cannot deliver (for example, "guaranteed X views").
Do not use aggressive spam; adhere to sending limits.
If the admin asks for contacts — do not share personal data, pass to me.
Keep all correspondence and note key phrases in notes.
Confidentiality: do not disclose internal data, scripts, and prices to third parties.
Write in the language used in the channel/admin account.
12. Example Daily Workflow (Template)
Morning: check the table, open the list of channels for the day.
Send 20-40 messages (distribute among accounts and send throughout the day, so that it is not the case that 10 accounts wrote almost at the same time).
Update the table and mark the necessary data.
Evening: review responses, pass to me everything that is needed.
Short report at the end of the day: how many sent, how many responded, notes.
