Looking for a Reels content producer for Instagram for long-term collaboration with a personal brand.
Collaboration goals:

Content should be built tactically and strategically:
Reels → reach → trust → interest → product sales.
The main task is to create hype, trendy Reels using artificial intelligence and a digital twin (AI avatar). The AI avatar has already been created and is ready for use, as is my voice which is also already set up.
The project operates in a gray niche:
psychology, numerology, quantum psychology, spiritual and deep topics.
It is important to understand the specifics of this field and to be able to create content that resonates in Reels, gathers reach, retention, and engagement for this niche.
What needs to be done:
Reels (key task):
- create 3-5 Reels per week
- track trends and hype formats on Instagram
- adapt trends for the gray niche (psychology, spiritual topics, subconscious)
- come up with scripts, hooks, and presentations
- edit dynamic, modern, trendy Reels
- publish Reels on the account
Working with the AI avatar / digital twin (mandatory):
- confident work with the digital twin
- adjusting the realism of the avatar
- correcting gaze, facial expressions, facial movements
- speech synchronization:
— mouth opening in time with the text
— laughter, pauses, coughing - adapting the voice to the original
- selecting and building the visual image of the avatar
- integrating the AI avatar into Reels so that it looks realistic, aesthetic, and expensive, not "cheap AI"
- Uploading and adapting new templates (AI images), I will shoot my videos in different images and send them to you to upload them into my AI twin and edit the Reels.
Additionally:
- removing negative comments under posts and Reels
- filtering negativity in Direct
- basic responses in Direct based on ready-made templates (no sales)
Mandatory requirements:
- experience creating Reels specifically for Instagram
- real experience working with AI avatars / digital twins
- understanding of the gray niche (psychology, esotericism, spiritual topics)
- ability to create hype, hooks, and attention retention for audience growth and client attraction
- sense of visual style and rhythm
- ability to independently propose ideas and scripts
- responsibility and accuracy
Tools — any that you work with, but the main thing — besides results and experience with AI, you must know and be able to work on the HeyGen and eleven labs platforms (voice). For proper operation and after the collaboration is confirmed, I will send instructions for working with my AI twin (recommendations that must be followed from my AI twin developer).
