Rheintour of my done app, and create new app or web-app

There is an english and a german version both on ios and android. i should costs little money approx. 2,50€

It is available in both stores.Bothe apps have been published already but as the rules for the internet have been changed i had nobody who can take care about the changes.

the data base is already finished and it works. I need help  to fit the look of the page and to  fullfill the rules for internet of the government.
