Seeking Python Developer for ZenDesk Chat Integration

Description:

I require a Python developer experienced with ZenDesk chat integrations to help create a script for handling webhook notifications and automatic responses.

Their Docs are very unclear. I would like to find someone who already has experience with their API.

Key Challenges:

1. API Confusion: I am currently overwhelmed by the plethora of documentation available regarding Chat API, Conversation API, GraphQL API, and Sunshine API. Clarity on which API is most suitable for my project is needed.

2. Authentication Issues: I am struggling to understand which of the five authentication methods is appropriate for accessing the data from the ZenDesk Conversations API (https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/conversations-api). I have the SUBDOMAIN, APP_ID, KEY_ID, and SECRET_KEY.

3. API Implementation: Despite having the necessary data from the "new-message" webhook, I am unable to figure out how to send a simple "hi" message using the "send-message" API. Guidance on structuring the request, including HTTP method, domain, API path, headers, and request data, is needed.
