T-shirt Graphic Design for POD - Possible to be a Long-term Project

Workload
1st batch: we will just require a few (around 10 designs) as we learn to work together
2nd batch: we will possibly require around 15-20 designs
Succeeding batches: we are expecting to require 100-300 designs per month
Workflow
We will send you the following information:
- No. of graphics required
- Design ideas
- Examples
- Other pertinent details to help you conceptualize the designs
- Graphic specifications
- Estimated date of delivery
Based on the information we have provided, you will create or recreate a design. The creativity will depend on you. However, the design must be original and must not infringe on the work of other designers or sellers.
Requirements
- An understanding of the Creative Commons Licenses, Copyright and Trademarks
- Must be have and able to use all the typical design software like Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Must be able to work with templates offered by POD platforms such as Merch by Amazon, Red Bubble, Printful etc.
- Must be creative, have attention to detail, and possess effective communication skills
- Must have an average to fast turnaround time (to be discussed in detail)
Budget
The budget is $40 for 10 designs. That means, $4 per design.
We plan to expand to other POD platforms and stay in the business until feasible. Hence, we hope to find someone to work with long term. Depending on the turnover rate of the designs, the number of designs required will consequently increase every month.
