Can you please describe in details how much backlinks you could provide. Assume you have rate USD per backlinks count. Also in your database you have any Latvian related forums, blogs, partners where possible to post links from. So main aim is to make stronger may Harvard plate landing pages and my main brand website. Currently with backlinks and later on most likely with blog posts if you also provide such service.
