We are looking for not just an "advertising setup specialist," but a targeting/performance marketer who understands the logic of direct response marketing: testing hypotheses, finding winning creatives, scaling what works, and systematically improving the funnel.
Niche: automatic sectional garage doors, automation, installation, service.
Goal: to receive a stable flow of quality applications from private clients who are building or equipping a house/garage and considering the installation of automatic gates.
We need a person who understands that results in advertising are created not just by "settings," but by the combination of:
offer → creative → landing page / lead form → qualification → sale.
Main Tasks
1. Development of Advertising Hypotheses
You need to independently formulate advertising hypotheses for tests:
different audience segments;
different pains, desires, and triggers of clients;
different offers;
different creative formats;
different entry scenarios into the application.
We are interested not in "launching 3 banners," but in building a systematic process for finding winners.
2. Development of Advertising Creatives
You need to participate in creating creatives:
writing technical tasks for designers/video editors;
suggesting ideas for static banners, videos, UGC, Reels, carousels;
forming strong hooks;
testing different angles of presentation;
analyzing which creatives yield cheap and quality applications.
Important: we are not looking for a person who simply takes ready-made images. We need a specialist who understands why this particular creative should work.
3. Launching and Managing Advertising Campaigns
You need to:
launch campaigns in Meta Ads;
structure campaigns for tests;
work with lead forms, quizzes, or landing pages;
set up events, pixels, analytics;
control expenses;
analyze effectiveness daily;
timely turn off weak links;
scale strong ones.
4. Finding Winning Creatives
The key task is not just to run ads, but to find winners.
You need to regularly answer the questions:
which creative gives the best CPL;
which creative provides not just cheap, but quality applications;
which offer converts better;
which audiences respond better;
which hypotheses should be scaled;
which hypotheses need to be closed;
what to test in the next cycle.
5. Scaling Winners
When a working combination is found, you need to:
correctly increase the budget;
not break algorithms;
create variations of the winning creative;
test new audiences;
scale without a sharp drop in lead quality;
control the cost of applications and the cost of sales.
What is Important for Us
We do not want a specialist who:
simply "sets up ads";
does not analyze lead quality;
cannot work with creatives;
waits for all ideas to be given to them;
does not conduct regular analytics;
cannot explain why they make certain decisions;
focuses only on CPL, not on sales.
We need a specialist who thinks like a growth/performance marketer.
Expected Work Process
We expect work in cycles:
Weekly:
Analysis of last week's results.
Conclusions on campaigns, audiences, creatives, offers.
List of winners and weak hypotheses.
Plan for new tests.
Technical tasks for new creatives.
Launch of new tests.
Scaling effective combinations.
Main KPIs
Indicators we will track:
cost per lead;
number of leads;
quality of leads;
conversion of lead to contact;
conversion of lead to qualified lead;
conversion to measurement/meeting/quote;
conversion to sale;
cost of sale;
ROAS / return on advertising campaigns;
number of tested hypotheses;
number of found winning creatives.
What We Need from the Candidate
In your response to the project, please write:
What is your experience with Meta Ads?
What niches have you worked with?
Have you worked with products/services for private construction, renovation, windows, doors, gates, solar stations, furniture, or related fields?
How do you organize testing of creatives?
How many creatives do you usually test at the start?
How do you determine the winning creative?
How do you scale campaigns?
What reports do you provide?
What is the minimum advertising budget you recommend for starting?
Show 2–3 cases where you not only launched ads but found a working combination and scaled it.
Desirable
It will be an advantage if you:
can work with lead magnets / quizzes / VSL / landing pages;
have experience in niches with an average check from 700 to 3000 euros;
can analyze not just advertising, but the entire funnel;
can suggest ideas for improving the offer;
understand that a cheap lead without a sale is not a result.
Format of Cooperation in the Current Project
The project consists of 2 stages:
In the first stage, we want to test the specialist for 1 week:
audit of current advertising / or launch from scratch;
creation of test structure;
launch of the first campaigns;
testing creatives;
finding the first winning combinations;
preparing a scaling plan.
After a successful testing period - we need to launch the main advertising campaign with 50 ads with a 20% conversion rate to the stage of Received Quote.
Duration of the second stage - 3 weeks.
Important Clarification
We are not looking for the cheapest performer.
We are looking for a person who can systematically create results in advertising, not just "manage the account."
In your response, start with the phrase:
"I can find winning creatives"
This way we will understand that you have read the task carefully.
