Requirements:

I need a Python developer with experience with ZenDesk chat integrations to help create a script to handle webhook notifications and automated responses.

Their documentation is very unclear. I would like to find someone who already has experience with their API.

Key tasks:

1. API confusion: I am currently overwhelmed by the abundance of documentation on the Chat API, Conversation API, GraphQL API, and Sunshine API. Need to clarify which API is most suitable for my project.

2. Authentication issues: I'm trying to figure out which of the five authentication methods is appropriate for accessing data from the ZenDesk Conversations API (https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/conversations-api). I have SUBDOMAIN, APP_ID, KEY_ID, and SECRET_KEY.

3. API Implementation: Despite having the necessary data from the "new-message" webhook, I can't figure out how to send a simple "hello" message using the "send-message" API. Guidance is needed on how to structure the request, including the HTTP method, domain, API path, headers, and request data.
