Responsibilities:

• sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media and through referrals
• collaboration with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success ;
• facilitating interviews with hiring managers;
• give detailed and personalized feedback to the candidates;
• thoroughly verify candidates and make recommendations;
• focus on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective       communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process;
