WaardeX is an international company providing digital advertising solutions. We are looking for a person who will maintain the duties of Recruiter to join our fast-growing young team.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating and revising job vacancies (non-IT) 
• Recruiting, interviewing, hunting new employees
• Handling employee-related services and employee relations
• Team building, organization of companies parties

Background & Experience:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• A minimum of one year experience in HR/recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, target driven, confident, and determined
• Well organized, ability to multi-task
