What it is and who it is for
A Perfex CRM build extended for businesses that run multiple simultaneous field jobs —construction, renovation, cleaning, logistics, and similar. It captures incoming leads automatically, guides them through configurable stages, plans site visits on a map, and controls everything up to invoicing.

- Integrated e-mail → CRM data capture with support for custom fields.
- Automated creation of client folders on Google Drive with attachments upload.
- Configurable statuses, kanban boards, and tables for leads and projects.
- Script for one-click lead-to-client conversion with auto-project setup.
- Custom “Map + Calendar” module: clustering, filters, geocoding, Google Calendar sync.
- Stage-level permission system for project modules.
