Admin panel for a large company that helps managers analyze clients, increase sales, and communicate with customers through automated messaging. Includes analytics, AI-based lead generation, and activity monitoring for business owners.

Problem

The company had a large number of clients and managers, but lacked a centralized system to:

analyze customer behavior and sales history,

communicate with clients at scale,

monitor managers’ activity and engagement.

As a result, sales processes were fragmented, manager performance was hard to track, and growth potential was limited.

For managers, the platform provides:

customer analytics (sales, purchases, activity history),

tools to segment clients and identify active or inactive customers,

the ability to send mass Viber messages with personalized offers,

AI-based generation of potential client lists using ChatGPT for lead discovery and filtering.

For the business owner, we implemented:

a dashboard to track managers’ activity,

visibility into when managers are actively working on the platform,

detection of inactivity or lack of engagement,

overall transparency of sales team performance.
