Full Stack Web Developer

General Qualifications

    •    Experienced in developing RESTful APIs with Laravel

    •    Able to build modern, SEO-friendly, and performance-focused user interfaces using Next.js (React)

    •    Hands-on experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases

    •    Solid knowledge of authentication, authorization (role & permission), and API security

    •    Familiar with Git and version control workflows

    •    Values clean code, sustainable architecture, and proper documentation

    •    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    •    Team-oriented, responsible, and proactive

    •    Seeking long-term, stable collaboration rather than short-term engagements

Technical Requirements

Backend (Laravel)

    •    Experience in API development and versioning with Laravel

    •    Knowledge of Form Request validation and Service & Repository patterns

    •    Experience with Queues, Jobs, Schedulers, and Caching mechanisms

    •    Familiar with JWT / Sanctum / Passport authentication methods

    •    Experience with multi-language (i18n) and multi-tenant architectures

    •    Understanding of Unit and Feature testing principles

    •    Aware of code sustainability and technical debt management in long-term projects

Frontend (Next.js)

    •    Experience with Next.js (App Router or Pages Router)

    •    Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, and SEO concepts

    •    Experience with API integrations and state management

    •    Ability to build responsive and performance-optimized user interfaces

    •    Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS approaches

    •    Capable of maintaining component structure and performance in long-term product development

Preferred Qualifications

    •    Experience working on large-scale, long-living projects

    •    Experience with WordPress, Headless CMS, or system integrations

    •    Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure

    •    Experience developing real-time systems or dashboards

    •    Previously owned or maintained a product from early stages through long-term development

Work format and requirements
