Meta Ads Specialist

Hello! We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with a strong data-driven mindset who can effectively launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for mobile applications. The ideal candidate understands how to analyze campaign performance, make data-based decisions, and continuously improve results through testing and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram;

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets to achieve target KPIs;

• Analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions based on performance metrics;

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures;

• Scale successful campaigns and continuously improve performance;

• Prepare brief performance reports and insights;

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve advertising results.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads;

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPI, etc.);

• Experience optimizing campaigns based on data and performance insights;

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation;

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;

• Experience promoting mobile apps will be a plus;

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile marketing or app install campaigns;

• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.);

• Experience working with international markets.
