No-code Developer

At Norml Studio, our team handles website development, design, and SEO, and we need a proactive and detail-oriented No-code Developer to join our team.

You'll be working on a mix of internal and client-facing projects, helping us build fast, functional, and beautiful websites using no-code tools, and setting up automations and analytics to support growth.

This role is technical-oriented. In the vast majority of cases, you’ll get a Figma design and need to implement it using one of the no-code tools.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain websites using Divi, Elementor, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
• Create automations via Zapier and n8n
• Set up event tracking, tags, and analytics with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with the project manager, designers, and developers to bring client projects to life
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve website performance
• Optional: write lightweight HTML/CSS/JS when needed
• Building website prototypes

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience with Divi, Elementor, Squarespace, or similar no-code tools
• Hands-on knowledge of Zapier and n8n workflows
• Experience implementing GTM and GA4
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of design systems, responsiveness, and user experience
• Clear and open communication skills (we're remote-first and async-friendly)
• At least Intermediate English  — you'll work with tools and docs in English, and participate in meetings with clients.

Nice to Have:

• Figma and design experience.
• Familiarity with other no-code tools like GHL, Wix, WPBackery etc.
• Experience working with forms, CRMs, or marketing funnels
• Interest in automation, marketing, SEO, analytics.

We’re working with the US market, so our internal team meetings usually happen between 16:00 - 20:00 Kyiv time. Sometimes we do have meetings up to 23:00 Kyiv time.
