Python Backend Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re building a backend-focused tech product and are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join our small remote team.

This role is focused on clean backend architecture, APIs, Dockerized services, and system monitoring.

💼 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python

• Design and implement REST APIs

• Work with databases and data processing logic

• Containerize services using Docker

• Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards for monitoring and metrics

• Collaborate via Git and code reviews

• Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of backend systems

🧠 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Python backend development

• Strong understanding of REST APIs

• Experience with Docker

• Confident use of Git

• Experience working with Grafana (dashboards, metrics, monitoring)

• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have:

• Linux server experience

• CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean)

• Async frameworks (FastAPI, aiohttp, etc.)

💰 What We Offer

• Salary: $1400–2100 / month (USD), depending on experience
