Senior Mobile Data Collection Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Mobile Data Collection Engineer to build and maintain large-scale mobile data extraction infrastructure. You'll design and operate fleets of Android emulators, automate device interactions via ADB, and develop stealth techniques to ensure our mobile pipelines remain undetectable and resilient.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage scalable Android emulator farms for automated data collection
• Develop automation scripts and pipelines using ADB, UI Automator, and Appium
• Implement device fingerprint spoofing — IMEI, Android ID, device model, build properties, GPS coordinates
• Manage mobile proxy routing (4G/LTE residential proxies, carrier-level IP rotation)
• Orchestrate distributed mobile workloads using Celery or similar task queues
• Handle app installation, account lifecycle management, and session persistence across emulator instances
• Monitor fleet health, detect failures, and build auto-recovery mechanisms
• Stay ahead of mobile anti-fraud and device integrity checks (SafetyNet/Play Integrity, SSL pinning, root detection)

What You Bring

• 3+ years working with Android automation, emulators, or mobile infrastructure at scale
• Expert Python skills
• Deep ADB knowledge — shell commands, logcat, screen capture, input injection, package management
• Hands-on experience with Android emulators — AVD, Genymotion, LDPlayer, or similar, including custom ROM/image configuration
• Strong understanding of Android internals — build.prop, system properties, device identifiers, permissions model
• Mobile anti-detection experience:
  • Device fingerprint manipulation (IMEI, serial, MAC, Android ID, Google Advertising ID)
  • GPS/geolocation spoofing
  • Bypassing root detection and SafetyNet/Play Integrity checks
  • SSL pinning bypass (Frida, Xposed, or similar)
• Concurrency expertise — managing hundreds of emulator instances in parallel
• Experience with mobile proxy infrastructure and carrier-level IP management
