Automation Assistant to Help Build SOPs + Support Automation Work (Airtable, Make.com, Zapier)

I’m looking for a proactive, clear-thinking VA to help me document and run business processes for my automation consulting business.

I build high-leverage internal tools and automations using Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, and Softr.io. I'm now ready to offload repeatable tasks, starting with documenting SOPs and gradually taking ownership of them.

This role will start with 20 - 30 hours/month and can grow if we’re a good fit.

💼 What You’ll Do
Turn my Loom recordings into clean SOPs in Google Docs
Help manage and update Airtable bases. If you have the skills - also build them. 
QA test automations
Do light admin work (copy/paste, data cleanup, light CRM tasks)
Work with forms like Fillout or Jotform
Possibly: Build simple Make/Zapier/n8n scenarios (depending on your skills)

Over time: help with tool integrations and build even more advanced Make/Zapier/n8n workflows if you want to grow in automation.

✅ Must-Have Traits
Clear written (you can help yourself with AI unless it slows you down or affects quality) and spoken English — you’ll be writing instructions, not just doing tasks. We also need to communicate well. 

Detail-oriented — you don’t skip steps or make assumptions

Process thinker — you enjoy making things easier the next time around

Proactive communicator — if you're stuck, you say so and ask smart questions
