Call support

Requirements:

• Fluency in English;
• Literate speech, a pleasant voice and clear diction;
• Communication skills, friendliness;
• Independent worker and team player;
• Previous experience as Call support agent or call center specialist is desirable;
• Work in correspondence with all company rules and regulations
• Being punctual and productive.
• A high-speed Internet connection is required. Also, an alternative connection should be available (such as 3G etc.)
• Being able to stay calm in stressful situations
• Full understanding of a remote working process.
• Being able to work due to EST time zone and remain fully-functional and proactive.

Working conditions:

• Home based position
• Full time working schedule from 14:00 to 23:00 (Kiev time)
• Flexible 1 hour of break
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday
• Trial period: is 2 months
• You will need a fully-equipped working place for this job: PC or laptop and no background noises or other distracting factors

Responsibilities:

• Calling official postal services/ companies etc.
• Marking all progress in an Admin Panel.
• Providing daily reports upon progressing.
• Updating table data due to the work sequence.
• Confirming the necessary information with stores/companies
• Rerouting packages
