Digital marketing specialist

Our company is looking for a person, who is not just can perfectly set on advertising campaigns in google, facebook and other channels, but can analyse efficiency of campaigns, suggest on their optimisation and have a dozens of hypothesis on how to improve performance indicators. 

Actually, we are looking for a pro-active person with a very strong attitude and desire to improve on everyday basis.

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up, launch and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google.
2. Facebook lookalikes - by stage (purchased/not purchased) - configure via Segment events.
3. Google analytics audience builder - monitoring of demographic parameters (Age, Income etc.).
4. Google Ads - advertising and retargeting (Custom Intent Audiences - Keywords, URLs)
5. Optional - Twitter Ads for targeting and retargeting.
6. Parsing of an audiences.
7. A/B testings.
8. Creation and testing of ad creatives.
9. Daily reporting on activities and performance results.
10. Control and optimisation of advertising expenses.
11. Regular ads improvement according to the analysis.
12. Reaching campaign KPI.
13. Competitors analysis.
14. Responsible, self-motivated, proactive person, who is focused on result (CTR, CPC, CPA), not a process.
15. Master degree in targeting ads.
16. Real cases in portfolio (screens from ad managers, exact achievements in conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA).
17. Analytical thinking. Ability to think outside the box.
18. E-commerce experience is a must.
