Looking for a Dart Developer for Realization Live Parallax Wallpapers

There is an App, called "Live Wallpaper - Cool Wallpapers & Backgrounds"https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wallpapers3d.backgrounds4k.live.qhd.free.hd, written on Flutter for Android. Also, there is a backend and api description. We will download Parallax Wallpapers through the  backend. 

Parallax picture consists of several layers, which create 3D effect on the phone's screen while you moving the phone in a hand. We are looking for an expert who can do the realization of the paralax wallpapers with the code. (we already have layers for each picture)
