Need a CakePHP developer, who has experience with TravelPort API

I am looking for a travelport/galileo API expert with experience in both cakePHP and the API integration itself.

Note: No timewasters. Only people who understand about CakePHP and travelport API integration in CakePHP

points to work on:

1 - Change flight date and apply change charge fee. This must be done through the main website on profile page under bookings page depending whether teh ticket allows alterations and also from admin panel.

2 - ADMIN PANEL :: cancel booking after booking has been done. MUST BE DONE via the admin panel.

3 - children and baby fare prices must be different from adults. kindly check the API for that 

4 - fix all API integration to make sure it shows all the info to flight

5 - On the search form for all flights in all pages, being homepage, results page, fare details page and route review page, we must have flexible dates integrated to its calendars based on the origin and destination and dates. by doing so, all calendars will display the cheapest prices per day and also users will know when there will be flights or not. Sometimes when we search for flights, we don´t receive any results whatsoever. Doing that we will fix the issue.

6 - Search load time is taking between 20-30 seconds to show the airline results. Kindly, reduce th load time to max 5-10 seconds

7 - on route-review page, the passenger info section must be parsed to the airline api travelport to allow online check-in later on.

8 - E-TICKET NUMBER and BOOKING NUMBER from the airline must generated by the travelport api and applied dynamically into the itinerary

9 - We have to fix the round trip price for when we display departure and return trip prices at the same time. Right now, we are simply dividing the total price per person by two. This is not the correct way to do it.
