Need Senior UX/UI Web Designer to create Internet projects.

ALIF IT DEVELOPMENT LLC is looking for Art-Director (web-Designer) / Senior UX / UI Web Designer.

LLC "ALIF IT DEVELOPMENT" invites Senior UX / UI Web Designer to create Internet projects such as global high-load, large-scale Internet projects (B2B and B2C, web Internet portals and web sites).

The main activity of ALIF IT DEVELOPMENT LLC is the development from scratch and full launch of various complexity of high load (High Load) and scalable large projects (B2B and B2C, web Internet portals and websites) for its own company (its own web Internet portals and websites). Also, the development of mobile applications and the management, development, and maintenance of these web Internet portals and websites in the future through its own web server.

Requirements:

● Web / UX / UI Designer, work experience with large web projects.

● Experience of formation, management and development of design-commands from 3 years;

● Work experience as a Web designer, UX / UI designer at least 5 years.

● Understanding the specifics of designing b2b services, or experience in b2b.

● Creativity, the ability to draw with your hands, knowledge of graphic programs.

● Knowledge of modern trends and styles of web design, ability to work in different styles.

● Knowledge of modern web technologies, basics of HTML layout.

● Ability to audit and control design for compliance with standards and prototypes.

● Excellent knowledge of using PS, Illustrator, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision.

● Understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript at the level of capabilities, limitations and compatibility;

● Experience with Axure, Figma, PS and After Effects;

● Knowledge of languages - Russian, English.

● Attention to detail;

● An up-to-date portfolio consisting of websites operating on the Internet (resumes without a portfolio are not considered).

Responsibilities:

• Expertise, audit and responsibility for projects;

• Development of creative, original ideas and concepts;

• Development of the concept and implementation of the design of user web-interfaces of the B2B product stack.

 • Development of Logo, Brandbook and  Style guide (STYLE GUIDES FOR WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT) for B2B / B2C projects of Internet portals (sites).

• Development of the concept and design of the iOS / Android mobile application

• Visual development of the web project interface. Concept design, prototyping and rendering of all pages.

• Development of adaptive interfaces for public and non-public parts of the project.

• Working in collaboration with the project designer on high-quality design visualization in the browser.

• Project support, work with graphic elements of website content, control at the development and content stage for compliance with the general style solution.

• Maintaining a design library.

• Taking into account modern trends in digital design, UX / UI when creating design.
