Goal: Development of a chatbot for a transfer service in London on the Salebot.pro platform.
Languages: English, Ukrainian, Russian.

  - Transportation of pets with an escort
- FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) by categories (presented in short videos with a prompt to immediately provide necessary information in the calculator, booking):
  - Main services
  - Additional services
  - Car selection
  - Trip arrangement
  - Waypoint
  - Flight number
  - Waiting time
  - Payment
- Trip calculator using Google Maps API (already developed with Python programming language, need to integrate it with the sale bot):
  - Trip distance
  - Trip cost (depending on service, car, distance, toll roads)
- Integration with Google Calendar API:
  - Booking trip time for passengers (with trip information)
  - Booking trip time for drivers
- Integration with Google Sheets API for collecting statistical data
- Referral link system (Salebot.pro):
  - Earning points for referrals
  - Trip discounts for points
- Sending emails for trip confirmation and evaluation (discussable)
- Ability to connect to messengers
Communication channels: Telegram (WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Facebook)

2. Detailed Requirements

2.1. Chatbot Interface

Welcome message in three languages (English, Ukrainian, Russian).
Menu with main functions (services, FAQ - presented in short videos with a prompt to immediately provide necessary information in the calculator, booking).
Clear and intuitive interface for each section.
User language switch support.

2.2. Services

Description of each offered service (name, brief description, price).
User's ability to choose a service.
Transition to the trip calculator for the selected service.

2.3. FAQ

Clear categorization of questions (Main services, Additional services, etc.).
Keyword search for quick answers retrieval.
Links to additional informational resources (if available).

2.4. Trip Calculator

User input for departure and destination addresses.
Automatic display of the route on a map (Google Maps).
Trip cost calculation considering the selected service, car, distance, toll roads.
Display of the final cost before booking.

2.5. Booking

Form for entering passenger information (name, phone, email).
Selection of trip date and time (integration with Google Calendar).
Booking confirmation and sending information to the passenger (email, SMS).
Notification to the driver about the booking (integration with Google Calendar).

2.6. Points System

User registration in the Salebot.pro system.
Generation of referral links for each user.
Earning points for referred users (according to the scheme defined by the client).
Display of points and discounts information in the user's account.
Automatic application of discounts when booking a trip using points.

2.7. Sending emails for trip confirmation and evaluation (discussable)

For passengers:
- Booking confirmation
- Trip reminder
- Link for trip evaluation after completion
For drivers:
- Trip assignment
- Passenger information
- Link for trip evaluation after completion

2.8. Integrations

Google Maps API: displaying routes and calculating distances.
Google Calendar API: booking time for trips.
