COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AT JUST JOIN IT

Developing the main channel of communication in Ukraine for Just Join IT, which was our Telegram group. In my first month, I prepared a strategy for the Telegram channel "Just Join IT Ukraine," which I've been implementing over the next 6 months. During my first three months, our Telegram group grew by 12% every month.
To achieve this growth, I actively sought out partnerships and worked with influencers from Ukraine and central Europe to increase our community.
