The goal was to reduce the number of actions for the manager, enabling specific changes, such as status or deal level changes, to occur instantly with just one click. This made essential and elementary information readily available to any employee working with the CRM system.

-Automatically creates a new case in the CRM after client confirmation.
-Updates the deal when the status changes.
