I developed and deployed a SaaS platform that automatically transforms YouTube videos into viral, TikTok-style clips. The system downloads YouTube content using yt-dlp and processes it with ffmpeg to clip and format the video according to TikTok trends and aspect ratios.

It features a fully functional REST API that allows users to trigger and manage video processing jobs programmatically. Initially deployed on Google Cloud Run, the service was later migrated to Google Compute Engine to handle high CPU usage more efficiently.

The platform includes user authentication and supports multiple subscription tiers, including Free, Premium, and Pro plans. It is fully integrated with Stripe for payment processing, enabling one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, and support for coupons and promotion codes.
