With 10+ years across tech recruiting and software development, our founders built a transparent, data-driven hiring model where AI and tech recruiters work in sync - AI accelerates matching, and recruiters validate real-world fit. The result is a faster path to shortlists and more consistent outcomes for teams scaling with remote engineers. We refined the methodology through dozens of real staff augmentation and software delivery engagements, and we’re now digitalizing it on our web platform, Unitedcode.AI
