UI design for a specialized program

To improve the interface for a specialized audio-video program for monitoring and controlling the training ground at the educational fire safety center.

Program Work Description

Instructors in the command center will see the screen (attached) and promptly coordinate the actions of the trainees inside the fire training building during exercises. Fires will be ignited in the premises of this training ground, which simulates various residential and technical spaces, using wood and other solid combustible materials that need to be extinguished. In normal mode, the operator can monitor the situation in the room and its condition.

Infrared cameras and temperature sensors are installed around the perimeter of the building (4 floors), and the data from them is read and displayed on the screen. The program allows for remote control (rotation) of the cameras. Additionally, microphones and speakers of the alert system are installed on each floor. The instructor can listen to audio from the selected floor and transmit voice instructions through the speakers of either the selected floor or all floors at the push of a talk button.

In case of an emergency, alarm buttons are installed on the floors, which, when pressed, activate emergency lighting and sirens, and the instructor receives an emergency notification.

For subsequent "debriefing" after the exercises, the program records audio from the microphones and video from the cameras into files.

General Information about the Program

The instructor's program interface has a total of 13 screens, including the login screen and pages with minimal information.

The icons should remain the current sizes and be in the same places, as the interface is already fully programmed, and the programmer's work on implementing the new design needs to be minimized. Your task is to optimize and improve the design of the icons themselves and the overall design of all interface pages.

The cost is specified for the complete redesign of the screen in the attachment, including icons, text, and background image, excluding the floor plan. The resulting design will serve as a template for refining the other pages. With the successful candidate, we will work on all other 13 screens of the program (standard screens) for an additional fee.

Описание работы программы

Инструкторы в командном центре будут видеть экран (во вложении) и оперативно координировать действия курсантов, находящихся внутри здания пожарного полигона во время учений. В помещениях этого полигона, в котором симулируются различные жилые и технические помещения, будут разжигаться пожары из древесины и других твердых воспламеняющихся веществ, которые необходимо тушить. В обычном режиме оператор может мониторить обстановку в помещении и его состояние.

По всему периметру здания (4 этажа) установлены инфракрасные камеры и температурные датчики, данные с которых считывается и выводятся на экран. Программа позволяет осуществлять дистанционное управление (вращение) камерами. Кроме того, на каждом этаже установлены микрофоны и динамики системы оповещения. Инструктор может прослушивать аудио с выбранного этажа и передавать голосовые указания через динамики либо выбранного этажа, либо всех этажей, по нажатию кнопки разговора.

На случай чрезвычайной ситуации на этажах установлены кнопки тревоги, при нажатии которых включается аварийное освещение и сирена, а инструктор получает экстренное оповещение.

Для последующего "разбора полетов" после учений программа осуществляет запись аудио с микрофонов и видео с камер в файлы.

Общая информация о программе

Всего в интерфейсе программы инструктора 13 экранов, включая экран логина и страницы с минимальным количеством информации.

Иконки должны оставаться текущих размеров и находиться на тех же местах, т.к. интерфейс уже полностью запрограммирован и работу программиста по внедрению нового дизайна необходимо минимизировать. Ваша задача - оптимизировать, улучшить дизайн самих иконок и общий дизайн всех страниц интерфейса.

Стоимость указана за полный редизайн экрана во вложении, включая иконки, надписи и фоновое изображение, за исключением карты этажей. Полученный дизайн будет являться шаблоном для доработки остальных страниц. С успешным кандидатом будем прорабатывать все остальные 13 экранов программы (экраны типовые) за отдельную плату.
