Since there were questions regarding programming and responsive layout, I clarify. It is necessary to create the design of the website pages in PSD with layers, as per the rules. Images and illustrations should be designed with the understanding that the programmer will be able to implement them on the website. If you can consider how the website will display on mobile devices - that is a plus. Agree, it is necessary to design the website in 2016 with the focus on how it will look on 50% of devices.
