Describe the project for which the interface design needs to be developed:
The task is to develop a UX solution for designing a web page intended for presenting nannies to families/clients.
The idea is that clients receive an email with a link to a web page where the nanny agency provides them with a selection of nannies to choose from.
An example of the current output can be viewed at the following link:
What is needed?
1) Structuring information about nannies:- The information about each nanny is divided into clear blocks or cards, where each card represents one nanny.
- The card should include the main characteristics of the nanny, such as name, age, characteristics, languages, interests, photo, and video.
2) Photos and videos:
- For each nanny, where a photo or video is available, display these materials on the card so that the client can get a better idea of the nanny.
- If a nanny does not have a photo or video, be sure to warn about this on the card.
3) Clear presentation of information:
- Place information blocks such as "Background," "Present Situation," "Experience," and "Our Impression" under each nanny's information card.
- Use tabs or accordions for these blocks so that clients can easily switch between them.
4) Interactive nanny selection:
- Provide a button or checkbox next to each nanny's card so that the client can choose whether they want to meet this nanny or not.
- After the client selects a nanny, activate a visual display of this choice, for example, by changing the color of the card or displaying an icon with the correct answer.
5) Clear language switch:
- Place the language switch at the top of the page and label it with language icons or country names.
- Add instructions for using the page in both languages so that clients easily understand how to select a nanny and change their responses. The text of the instructions is approximately as follows: Please let us know which nanny you would like to meet. Click the button "..." if you want to meet the suggested candidate or "..." if the candidate does not suit you for some reason. Your response will automatically be displayed in our system. You can change your response.
6) Mobile adaptation:
- The interface design should be well adapted for viewing on mobile devices, as clients may receive emails on their smartphones.
7) Feedback and confirmation:
- Add a message confirming the successful submission of the nanny selection response so that the client knows their response has been received and the nanny will contact them shortly.
Company name: Barnakademin
Company activity: Nanny services
Description of products/services: Nannies take care of children
Distribution channels and sales geography: Sweden
Target audience portrait: Parents aged 28 to 50
Main interface functions:
The client receives information about nannies, compares them, watches videos, and switches information blocks:
IMPORTANT !🙂
The size and length of the text will be approximately as in the example provided in the link https://dev.solidumsverige.se/clients/index?id=xN1yQGta9t6-PtkxQZsWwWb-jLFhm_y14ndvXcZq5JaxpC0QEhnbvNx4l0k44kKNMJXY3CjWz-27A1gz9Qi92Q==
Currently, the block has gathered all the necessary information but is not convenient for perception.
Brief scenario of user interaction with the interface:
Task 1 is to ensure that all sections are displayed so that the client can easily see and compare all information about nannies: name, age, characteristics, languages, interests, photo, and video (there may be cases where a photo or video is missing for some nannies) + information blocks: Background - Present Situation - Experience - Our Impression.
Task 2 is to think about how to make the UX as simple, clear, and convenient as possible for the client to choose a nanny.
Interactive nanny selection:
- Provide a button or checkbox next to each nanny's card so that the client can choose whether they want to meet this nanny or not.
- After the client selects a nanny, activate a visual display of this choice, for example, by changing the color of the card or displaying an icon with the correct answer.
The idea is that for each nanny, the client can choose a response: I want to meet her or I do not want to meet her. Upon clicking, the correct response lights up, and a prompt appears: "You have chosen that you want to meet this nanny, we have received your response, and the nanny will contact you shortly. You can change your response by selecting another option."
Is it necessary to use visual images, characters in the interface design? Which ones, describe.
Interface language: Swedish and English. Currently, there is a language switch at the top in the middle.
Do you have a website and corporate identity? Yes, https://barnvaktistockholm.se/
Should the interface be in corporate style? Yes
Specify the main and additional colors to be used in the interface design:
Is there a prototype of the interface? https://dev.solidumsverige.se/clients/index?id=xN1yQGta9t6-PtkxQZsWwWb-jLFhm_y14ndvXcZq5JaxpC0QEhnbvNx4l0k44kKNMJXY3CjWz-27A1gz9Qi92Q==
Provide examples of interface designs that are close in style:
Provide any additional information that you consider important.
The most important thing is that the selection of a nanny and the pressing of buttons are intuitively clear to the client. They should easily understand how to choose a nanny and that upon pressing the selection, the response is immediately displayed in the supplier company's database, and they do not need to confirm their choice additionally. Also, they should know that they can change their selection, respond to all proposed nannies, or only to those they want to meet, and that they can choose several nannies they are interested in meeting in person.

Denis K. 1 August 2023Здравствуйте. Скройте пожалуйста работы чтоб не было плагиата. Отличная практика открыть роботы после перехода конкурса в финальную стадию выбора победителя. Спасибо

Diana Matiushkina 6 August 2023Здравствуйте, а фильтровать нянь по рейтингу, городу, возрасту, не требуется?
