Mission: development of the city through the development of IT and cooperation between education, science, and business. Creating favorable conditions for the development of IT environments.

Task: improve the existing logo or create a new one. The logo should incorporate the city's symbolism or its colors. 

Additional Information: the city has the only museum of Pysanka in the world (https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D1%83%D0%B7%D0%B5%D0%B9_%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%BE_%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B7%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D1%83) and the word "Kolo" in the name. That is why the city logo emphasizes a round element and the same wish applies to the company logo.
